Good Life Design Group accepts cash, check, or any major credit card. Checks may require a hold of up to 14 days depending on the banking institution. We do not accept unpaid purchase orders. Items must be paid in full before shipping.
- Limitation of Liability. You agree that Company’s entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any services(s) provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s). Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
- Copyrights & Trademarks. The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner. The written content displayed on this website is owned by its respective author and may not be reproduced in whole, or in part, without the express written permission of the author.
- Modification. Company reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement on our web site. Your continued use of our site constitutes agreement to any revision of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America and by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Tennessee, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement, except that in actions seeking to enforce any order or any judgment of such federal or state courts located in Tennessee, such personal jurisdiction shall be nonexclusive.
General Shipping Information
Great expense and care is taken in shipping our products. Most products over 30″ in length are custom crated in fully enclosed wood crates and packed with 2″ solid foam. We have found this is the safest way to transport our products. Many of our crates can be reused if you plan to frequently transport your items. Since all crating is in house we can offer custom crating to fit your needs.
We ship to virtually any address in the world. If you are trying to checkout and receive an error when trying to calculate shipping rates, you will need to call, or email your desired purchase and ship to address, for rate quotes.
Always be sure to check your freight or packages for damage at arrival. If your package has been at all damaged or punctured, then you should refuse delivery, and notify us immediately. Accepting an item that has been damaged in transit may not be insured in some instances.
Please be aware that many of our orders may require additional fees or charges not on our website. The most common fee is for freight deliveries to residential locations. When possible provide a commercial address to avoid residential delivery fees. If your uncertain you may contact us before placing your order.
International packages under 150 lbs can be automatically calculated on our website through Fedex. Please note that you are responsible for any and all custom and/or brokerage fees.
Packages that are over 150 lbs are usually shipped via freight and our e-commerce system is unable to auto calculate shipments of this size, so you will need to contact us via email or phone to handle your order. We will need the exact items you wish to purchase and shipping address to get all international freight shipping quotes.
Returns and Exchanges
Orders can be returned within 3 days of receipt in original packaging. Item must be in like new and sellable condition upon return. Please notify Good Life Design Group by phone or email BEFORE the return. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured.
Credit issued will not include, a 35% restocking fee, original shipping costs, and insurance charges.
This helps to ensure our items are not used as rentals and returned. Many products are built to order on an as needed basis.
We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything possible to work with you and create a positive experience.
Items on our specials page are non-returnable, unless they have been further damaged during actual shipping to your location.
Should damage occur in shipping, Good Life Design Group will replace damaged items if it is determined that the carrier was at fault or that the packaging of the shipment was to blame. If items are damaged in shipment, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery in order to receive a replacement.
NEVER accept an item from a shipping company if the packaging or crate has been crushed, punctured, or has apparent damage.
Good Life Design Group does not share customer information with anyone. We do not share email lists, customers lists, contact or order information with any person or business entity.
On some custom built orders we may allow a 50% deposit to be paid on items till completion. All orders must be 100% paid before we will ship your order. Any remaining balances that have not been paid within 30 days of order completion are subject to forfeit, along with your deposit. We may assess late charges & fees, at $75 or 2% per month, of the remaining balance whichever is greater.
