General Shipping Information

Good Life DESIGN GROUP prides itself in the production of unique and innovative event supply. We also provide top of the line Marine Bar products. Once you have made a purchase, it is with the outmost care that we prepare your package to be sent to you ready to enjoy and entertain. We guarantee a sense of amazement and satisfaction on what are products can do for you!

  • Large orders are stored in solid wood crates and packed with special materials such as foam
  • We would be more than happy to customize your shipping crates to meet your specific requirements
  • We have international shipping available
  • For Domestic shipments please be aware that if you live in a remote address that the United States Post Office does not deliver to and your shipment is being held, you are responsible for the reshipping costs. So please make sure with the post office or any other carrier handling your item that they do in fact ship to your address.
  • When calculating the weight of your purchase we use the standard rule of rounding to the next full pound like all other facilities around the world
  • If the package arrives punctured or damaged check the item and make sure your purchase is in mint condition before signing any forms, our company highly recommends that you do not accept a shipment that looks mishandled due to insurance claims getting complicated and in some instances not covered at all
  • If you do receive a shipment that is damaged, do not sign the receipt accepting the package and contact us immediately

Returns and Exchanges

Good Life stands behind the quality of all their products. Our return and exchange policy can seem a bit stringent. Since much of the manufacturing is made based on custom orders we must protect ourselves from unnecessary labor and supply expenses. Unfortunately, in the business of entertainment returns and exchanges have to be dealt with in a diligent manner to avoid fraudulent business transactions. We guarantee excellent customer service and are here to serve you as best we can in order to comply with your needs.

 

  • Returns must be within 24 hrs of receipt and the item must be in its original (unopened) packaging.
  • Good Life will inspect merchandise,must be in same New condition.
  • Please know that the customer is accountable to pay for the shipping and insurance cost.
  • Good Life has no problem crediting you for your purchase, but a restocking fee of 35%, shipping costs, and insurance payments will be deducted from the credit amount.
  • No returns or refunds on custom orders.

DISCLAIMER:

Once I have received my merchandise, I am responsible to make sure product is in perfect working conditions. I understand that by signing, accepting (BOL) BILL OF LADING, I am responsible for all charges & confirm product is in 100% working, ordered conditions. I understand by signing (BOL) BILL OF LADING, merchandise is made to my specifications only. Therefore, refunds, wire-transfers nor chargeback are accepted. Led light systems color vary. Property not paid for or picked up 15 days after completion will be considered abandoned. After 15 days of property being abandoned, $25.00 per day storage fee will be charged.
